內(nèi)容概要

在全國眾多開設空中乘務專業(yè)的院校中，相關英語教材還是空白。因此，本教材的編寫和出版致力于填補客艙安全服務領域與國際接軌的空白?？紤]到乘務專業(yè)教學特點，本教材內(nèi)容與空中乘務員崗位要求緊密結合，主要包括國內(nèi)航空公司單通道主流機型即波音新一代737系列和空客320系列。
學生通過本教材的學習既能掌握這兩種機型的性能、客艙布局、客艙主要系統(tǒng)和設施，使他們在航空公司培訓和工作中能很快適應崗位要求，同時還能在專業(yè)英語方面得到有效的訓練。在實際工作中，學生若要有效吸收和借鑒國外航空公司有關客艙安全和客艙管理的最新信息，其自身需要具備良好的專業(yè)知識和較強的專業(yè)英語水平，只有這樣，他們才能在不斷地實踐中開辟廣闊的職業(yè)發(fā)展空間。
